What this doesn't mean
- It doesn’t mean that the customer is always right, but we must always understand their perspective.
- It doesn’t give carte blanche to spend money and resources on customers. There’s still the judicious application of time and money to problem-solving.
Get in the Cab
Boomies are responsible for their own outcomes. When the need arises, they’re never afraid to get in the cab and own it. Individuals aren’t afraid to push hard to make sure we get excellent team outcomes. Along the way, we communicate and set expectations so fellow Boomies can rely on us.

- Boomies take 100% responsibility.
- We assign “directly responsible individuals” to tasks and goals. Each DRI is the CEO of getting that thing completed.
