Hi! It depends on the model and manufacturer! Older dump trucks are mostly manual, but newer ones, especially in bigger fleets, are often automatic for easier operation. What are you looking into, manual or automatic?

Yeah, a lot of companies are switching to automatics since they’re easier to train new drivers on. Manuals are still common, though, especially in heavy-duty applications where control matters more. Do you have a preference?
