Hey everyone, I’m curious about how BIM (Building Information Modeling) is changing the way job sites are managed. How is it improving coordination, project planning, and real-time decision-making for construction teams? Would love to hear your thoughts or any experiences with using BIM on-site!

Hey Joe, I’ve been on a couple projects where we used BIM and honestly, it’s been a game changer. Clash detection alone saved us from a ton of rework. Being able to visualize everything before it’s built makes coordination with subs way smoother. We even had tablets on site so everyone could reference the model in real time, its way better than flipping through paper plans. It definitely helps keep things on schedule and cuts down on surprises.
