I’m looking to upgrade the software stack for our construction projects and wanted to get some input. With so many tools out there for project management, estimating, modeling, and collaboration, it’s hard to know which ones are actually worth it. What are your top 5 must-have construction software tools that make a real difference on the job? Whether it's for planning, communication, or staying on budget, I’d love to hear what’s working best for you. Appreciate any recommendations!

Good question! When it comes to construction projects, having the right software can make or break your workflow. Some of the top tools I've seen making a real impact are:

• Procore for project management,
• Buildertrend for estimating and scheduling,
• Bluebeam for document management and collaboration,
• Fieldwire for task tracking and on-site communication, and
• CoConstruct for budgeting and client communication.

Each of these tools helps streamline a different part of the process, and I’ve found they save time, reduce errors, and keep everything running smoother on-site. Would love to know if anyone else has had a different experience or additional suggestions!
