Hey everyone!

Hey everyone!

If you're hauling fuel, chemicals, or food-grade liquids, having a reliable tank trailer is a must. Some brands seem to last forever, while others require constant upkeep.

  • Which tank trailer brands have you found to be the most durable?
  • Do you prefer stainless steel or aluminum, and why?
  • What key features should I look for when choosing a tank trailer for long-term use?
  • Are there any specific models or upgrades that have made a big difference in your experience?
Would love to hear from those with experience—what’s worked best for you, and what should I avoid?

I’ve seen Polar and Heil hold up really well over time, especially for fuel hauling. Stainless steel is great for durability, but aluminum can save weight depending on your needs. Are you hauling a specific type of liquid?

Great input from you guys! I’ve had good luck with Brenner trailers too, its solid build and low maintenance. I’d say it really comes down to what you're hauling most often and how rough the routes are. Anyone here tried any of the newer lightweight stainless options? Wondering if they hit the sweet spot between durability and weight.
