From what I’ve seen, Bobcat and Caterpillar are usually at the top when it comes to skid steer sales, but brands like John Deere, Case, and New Holland have a solid following too. A lot depends on the region, mostly, Bobcat seems super popular with contractors, while Cat machines are known for their durability. Dealer support and parts availability also play a huge role in what people go for. What kind of work are you using a skid steer for?
