Overview
A road reclaimer or road recycler is an asphalt pavement grinder that removes old asphalt roads. Many parts of the country are suffering from infrastructure problems and deteriorating roads. Many road repairs only mill off the top layer of asphalt and replace it with overlay. This does nothing to correct structural problems. Reclaimers allow contractors to do a full-depth reclamation to the surface.
