Glass: Door glass cracked, door does not close

Controls Hydraulic or Air: Did video as operator was operating, controls did appear to operate

Load Charts: Posted on cab wall

Oil Pressure: The gauge registers in the operating range. Gauge is on engine

Gauges: Temperature gauges are inoperable

Hoist Brakes: Did operate

Air Conditioner: Inoperable

Heater: No heater

Limited Function Check: The main components are in place and operational as noted. Boom operates, main hoist operates, drive does engage but left side would not move, was told clutches need adjustment

Engine: No US EPA Label Present

A/C Compressor: Compressor will not engage

Blow-by (subjective visual observation): Minor

Starter: Operational

Radiator: Appears to only have water in radiator with oil film on top

Oil Leaks: Side of engine, Oil Pan

Fuel Leaks: No dripping leaks

Cooling System Leaks: No dripping leaks

Limited Function Check: The engine started and ran.

Steering Clutches (Crane): Slips, Only right side would move

Steering Brakes: Could not be checked or verified

Drive Chains/Sprockets: In place, worn

Limited Function Check (Drivetrain-Crawler Crane): The drivetrain was operational except as noted., Right side would move left side would not

Valves: Limited operation

Hydraulic Tank: Dripping leak

Hoses (Hydraulic): All old and cracked

Swing Motor: Swing did operate, leaks are everywhere

Auxiliary Hoist: Would go up but is not powered down and does not have enough weight to come down this is what I was told by operator

Limited Function Check: The hydraulic system was operational. What was tested did operate

Hoist Drums: Mechanical Draw Works, 3rd drum was not checked, aux hoist will only go up

Boom Drums: Mechanical Draw Works

Hoist and Boom Clutches: Had to be adjusted to operate, was not operated with load

Main Boom Pins: Left side pin has damage

Pendant Line (Boom Tension Line): Cable Type

Point Sheaves: Are in place, could not see at ground level

Boom Point Section: Only viewed in air

Gantry/Mast: Only viewed

Main Boom Chords: Cables appear old and have rust

Boom Length: 110 ft overall length, 3 Sections, 20 ft 0 in Length, Has 3 - 20’ sections on ground , 30’ base section and 20’ tip section , booms on ground were measured boom in air could not be measured , total is supposed to be 110’, Crane is supposed to have 110 ft of boom only have base and tip sections mounted

Boom Angle Indicator: Doesn't swing free

Turntable Bearing: Only viewed during operation

Swing Drive: Operational

Limited Function Check: The main chassis components functioned when checked without a load., Only function checked with operator for limited check only

Main Load Block: Minor wear, No tags or markings on block

Fairlead: Not operated

Third Drum: Disconnected

Counterweights: See no additional weights on ground
